Lychee Slicer identifies your device using its MAC address. If your MAC address has changed, Lychee Slicer may not recognize your device and block access even if you haven't changed computers.

Common causes:

  • MAC address randomization enabled on your device or network
  • A new network card or network interface recently installed

How to fix it:

1. Revoke your device manually If you can still access Lychee Slicer, go to File → Preferences → My Account → Saved Computer List and revoke the unrecognized device, then log back in.

2. Can't access the app at all? Contact support at https://mango3d.io/contact-us/ and we'll manually reset your license slots so you can log back in.

Note: MAC address randomization is a network security feature. While we understand it can cause this issue, Lychee Slicer relies on MAC address identification to manage device licenses and prevent account sharing.
