1. You're logged into the wrong account You may have multiple Lychee accounts with different email addresses. Check that you're logged in with the same email address you used to purchase your subscription — on the Lychee website at https://account.mango3d.io or directly in the app.


2. You purchased the wrong subscription Lychee Slicer has two subscription tiers — Plus and Library. If you're trying to access the Library but purchased Plus, that would explain why certain features aren't available. Check your subscription type at https://account.mango3d.io to confirm what you have.


3. The payment didn't go through Even if you see a pending transaction on your end, it may not have been confirmed on our side. Contact support at https://mango3d.io/contact-us/ and we'll check.
