Prepare a model for printing automatically
The Magic button, in the Layout and Prepare workspaces, runs the steps needed to prepare a model for printing. You can run everything automatically or pick only the steps you want.
- Auto Orientation: finds a good orientation for the model's shape.
- Auto Supports: supports islands and overhangs using the Light, Medium or Heavy preset.
- Optimize Supports: merges supports where possible to use fewer supports and less resin.
- Bracing Supports: adds reinforcement between supports. Recommended for medium and large models.
- Raft: adds a base for better adhesion to the build plate.
- Support Presets: chooses the support size. Medium is recommended.
