You own what you generate
The models and images generated for you belong to you, and you don't need to credit Lychee when you use them. See the Lychee Gen Terms of Use for the full conditions.
Commercial use
You can use your generated models commercially, for example to sell prints or use them in client work, as long as your prompt and reference images don't use protected intellectual property.
What to avoid
- Prompts or images based on branded or copyrighted characters, logos or universes
- Images you don't have the rights to
Lychee Gen doesn't check whether a result resembles existing protected work, so you're responsible for making sure your use is allowed.
Good to know
- Similar prompts can produce similar results for different users, so results aren't guaranteed to be unique.
- Copyright rules for AI-generated content vary from country to country.
