Requirements and troubleshooting for network printing from Lychee Slicer
With a Lychee Slicer Plus or Library subscription, you can send sliced files straight to some supported resin printers over your network, without a USB stick. Filament printers running OctoPrint or Klipper can also be connected over the network.
Which printers are supported
If your printer supports network printing in Lychee Slicer, a Wi-Fi icon and network settings appear for it in your printer list. If you don't see them, network printing isn't available for that model yet.
- Anycubic: network printing isn't available yet for any Anycubic printer. We're in discussion with Anycubic to add it. In the meantime, print by USB.
Lychee Slicer can't find or connect to your printer
- Make sure your computer and printer are on the same network. Guest or IoT networks are often isolated from the main one.
- Allow Lychee Slicer through your firewall and antivirus.
- Check that the printer has an IP address on its screen, and that you can reach it from your computer.
- Update your printer's firmware, then restart the printer and Lychee Slicer.
- If it worked before and suddenly stopped, reinitialize Lychee Slicer.
Still not connecting?
