Get the latest version, or go back to an earlier one if you need to
Install or update
- Go to lychee.co/download-lychee-slicer.
- Download the version for your system: Windows 64-bit, Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) or Linux.
- Run the installer and log in with your Lychee account.
Most updates install automatically from inside Lychee Slicer. Major versions, such as Lychee Slicer 8, aren't always offered by the in-app updater, so download them from the website.
Lychee Slicer 8 installs alongside your previous version
Lychee Slicer 8 runs on a new engine and installs as a separate application, so your previous version stays on your computer. Open Lychee Slicer 8 from your Start menu or Applications folder rather than an old shortcut. Your printers, resins and settings are synced to your account.
Roll back to a previous version
If a new version gives you trouble, you can keep printing with an earlier one:
- On lychee.co/download-lychee-slicer, scroll down to Download previous versions.
- Pick the version you want and download it for your system.
- Install it and log in as usual.
If you roll back because of a problem, please let us know through the contact form with your logs (Help → Get Logs) so the team can fix it in the next update.
