How renewal works, and what to do if your subscription renewed when you didn't expect it
All Lychee subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, until you cancel. Yearly plans renew for another full year.

Your subscription renewed and you didn't want it to
- Lychee Slicer (Plus or Library): if the renewal was charged less than 14 days ago, you can ask for a full refund. Contact us through the contact form with your account email and the date of the charge. Refunding the payment cancels the subscription and your account switches back to Lychee Slicer Lite.
- Lychee Gen: subscriptions start immediately, so renewals aren't refundable once the new billing cycle has begun. See Refunds for the exceptions.
Refunds usually take a few days to show on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please contact us before opening a dispute
Opening a PayPal or bank dispute takes longer than writing to us and blocks the refund until the dispute is closed. Contact us first and we'll sort it out directly.
