Stop automatic renewal for any Lychee product
You can cancel at any time. There's no commitment and no fee. Once you cancel, nothing else is charged and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Lychee Slicer (Plus or Plus & Library)
- Log in to your Lychee account.
- Open the Subscriptions section.
- Click Cancel.
At the end of your billing period, your account switches back to Lychee Slicer Lite, the free version. Your settings and printer profiles are kept.
Lychee Gen
- Log in at 3dgen.lychee.co with your Lychee account.
- Open the Subscription tab of your account on the Lychee Gen site.
- Click Cancel.
Your remaining monthly credits stay usable until the end of the billing cycle.
Lychee Studio
Lychee Studio has its own account, separate from your Lychee Slicer account. To cancel your Studio plan, log in to your Lychee Studio account at lychee-studio.ai and cancel from your billing settings. If you can't find the option, contact us through the contact form with your account email and workspace name, and we'll take care of it.
No cancel button, or an error when you click it?
This can happen after a failed renewal payment. Contact us through the contact form and we'll cancel the subscription for you. If a payment is taken after you asked us to cancel, we'll refund it.
Charged, but you can't find the subscription?
Check whether you have another Lychee account under a different email address, and remember that Lychee Slicer and Lychee Gen are billed separately. If you still can't find it, send us a screenshot of the charge from your bank statement (date, amount and merchant name) and we'll track down the account it belongs to.
Good to know
- Removing your card from your account does not cancel your subscription. You still need to cancel it.
- Uninstalling Lychee Slicer doesn't cancel your subscription either.
