Why the printer list might be missing, and how to fix it
This happens when Lychee Slicer is prevented from downloading the list of printers from our servers. It can be caused by a corrupted program file, or by processes on your computer or network blocking the download.
Try these steps in order:
- Reinitialize Lychee Slicer.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall Lychee Slicer completely.
- If that doesn't resolve it, it may be a network or security software issue — try adding Lychee Slicer as an exclusion in your security program.
