What to include when reporting a bug so our team can investigate quickly
If you come across a bug in Lychee Slicer, please send us the following:
- Your operating system (Windows/Mac/Linux, with version)
- Your computer configuration (graphics card, memory, processor)
- Screenshots or a video showing the issue
- The exact steps you followed to reach the bug, a precise, numbered list makes it much easier for us to reproduce it
- The object file (.stl/.obj/.3mf) or the .lys file
- The slice file, if the bug occurs after slicing
- A detailed description of the bug
