What to do if Lychee Slicer is open (visible in the taskbar/dock) but the window itself isn't showing on screen
If Lychee Slicer appears to be running, you can see it in your taskbar (Windows) or dock (MacOS), but the window itself isn't visible, try the steps below for your operating system.
Windows
Option 1: Hover over the Lychee Slicer icon in the taskbar, then press Alt + Space. A small menu should appear, letting you restore or move the window.
Option 2: Right-click on the Windows taskbar itself (not the icon) and choose one of: Cascade windows, Show windows stacked, or Show windows side by side.
Option 3:
- Click the Lychee Slicer icon in the taskbar.
- Press and hold Windows + Shift.
- While holding those keys, use your arrow keys to move the window, you may need to press left/right a few times to bring it back to your main screen. (This moves windows between screens.)
MacOS
Option 1 — Window Zoom:
- Click the Lychee Slicer icon in the Dock to focus it.
- Go to the Window menu in the top menu bar and choose Zoom (or press Option + Command + =).
Option 2 — Mission Control:
- Press Control + ↑ to open Mission Control.
- Look for the Lychee Slicer window in the overview, it may appear off-screen or on another desktop (Space).
- Click and drag it back to your main desktop, then exit Mission Control by clicking your main screen or pressing Esc.
