How Lychee Gen subscriptions work: plans, upgrades, and cancellation
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Subscribing to Lychee Gen gives you monthly credits, with each plan providing a different amount per month so you can pick the option that fits your needs.

You can also purchase a one-time credit pack for €7.49 (400 + 100 credits) as long as you have an active subscription.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade directly from your account by clicking "Upgrade" under the plan you'd like. Your renewal date stays the same, the system calculates a prorated amount based on how much time is left in your current billing cycle, and charges you (and credits you) accordingly.
If you've already used part of your current credits, your balance won't reset to the new plan's full amount, you'll simply get the prorated difference added to what you already have.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by logging into your Lychee account and opening the Subscription tab. If you have trouble finding this section, contact us and we'll help.
Will a higher-tier plan improve generation quality?
No. All subscription tiers use the same model quality, the only difference is how many monthly credits are included.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you can keep using any remaining credits until it expires. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each cycle and do not carry over.
Why didn't I receive the full number of credits this month?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits from the previous month don't accumulate, your balance simply refreshes to your plan's standard monthly amount.
Do you offer annual plans or promotions?
Only monthly plans are available at this time. If that changes, we'll update this article and our official channels.
