Refund conditions depend on which product your purchase is for.


Lychee Slicer (Plus / Library)


You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase (cooling-off period under French consumer law). To request it, contact our support team with the email address linked to your account and your date of purchase.


A few things to know:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days of your request.
  • A refund automatically ends your subscription — you will lose access to your paid features.
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day period are evaluated case by case.


Before subscribing, you can also use the free trial of Lychee Plus to test all features and make sure the software works on your computer.


Lychee Gen


Lychee Gen subscriptions give you immediate access to the service. By consenting to this at checkout, you waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right, in accordance with EU consumer law — this means subscriptions and credits are non-refundable once your billing cycle has started.


Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments or double billing
  • A technical payment error
  • Access to the service was not provided after a confirmed transaction


To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the invoice date with:

  • The email address linked to your Lychee account
  • Your payment method and date of charge
  • A brief description of the issue


If you cancel your subscription, you keep access until the end of the paid period — no refund is issued for the remaining time.
