Accepted payment methods
For Lychee Slicer (Plus / Library): we accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
For Lychee Gen: we accept credit/debit cards. PayPal is not available yet.
We do not accept bank transfers, and we do not provide quotes or invoicing before purchase. Your invoice is issued automatically after your purchase.
Changing the payment method on an active subscription
It is not currently possible to change the payment method associated with an active subscription yourself. If you need to update it, contact our support team and we will take care of it for you.
Payment declined or card not accepted
We are based in the European Union, and some cards are not compatible with overseas online transactions. If your card is declined, check with your card provider that international payments are enabled.
If you still encounter an error at checkout, contact our support team with a screenshot of the error message.
About renewals
Depending on the plan you choose, your subscription renews automatically every month or every year. If you do not wish to continue, remember to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
