If you're unable to import a 3D file into Lychee Slicer, try the following:
1. Check the file format is supported Lychee Slicer supports a range of 3D file formats — see the full list here: https://doc.mango3d.io/doc/technical-documentation/technical-issues/supported-3d-file-formats/
2. Test the file in another program Try opening the file in another 3D application. If it doesn't open there either, the file is likely corrupted and the issue is not related to Lychee Slicer.
3. Reinitialize Lychee Slicer This can resolve import issues — instructions here: https://doc.mango3d.io/doc/technical-documentation/technical-issues/reinitializing-lychee-slicer/
4. Force High GPU Mode Instructions here: https://doc.mango3d.io/doc/technical-documentation/technical-issues/force-high-gpu-mode-performance/
If the issue persists, contact support at https://mango3d.io/contact-us/ with the file attached and a description of the steps you've already tried.
